Jonathon Hancock
Founder and Creative Director
With a wealth of experience in the industry, Jonathon has worked on highly acclaimed shows and successfully sold independently developed ideas to production companies, including Channel 4’s commissioned series “Dubai: Buying the Dream”, produced by Angel Eye Media. Motivated by his passion for creating projects he believes in, Jonathon established Reel Scenes to take control of his creative direction.
Jonathon grew up in Stoke-on-Trent, in a friendly working-class community near the Peak District.
Seeking opportunities beyond his hometown, he pursued his ambitions in London, drawn to the vibrant city lights. Outside of his professional life, Jonathon has a passion for theme parks, having previously operated rides at Alton Towers. He is a devoted fan of Stoke City FC and finds joy in travelling, dancing to electronic music, and, most of all, spending time with his daughter Grace.

Amy Mcilveen

Georgia North Coombes
Senior Producer
Georgia brings a wealth of experience to Reel Scenes, having previously worked on shoots with well-known brands such as John Lewis, Speedo, and Sweaty Betty. She is also an expert in producing high-profile TV shows and excels in acquiring access, managing stakeholders, and orchestrating complex shoots.
Growing up on a farm in Oxfordshire, Georgia developed a love for nature and the environment. She comes from a creative family, her grandfather being an artist and her parents working as a makeup artist and photographer. Pursuing her creative passion as part of her fashion degree, she worked for DKNY in New York before transitioning to commercial work and TV, ultimately leading her to Reel Scenes, where her addition to the team is a significant win.

Kate Dallas
Series Director
Kate began her career in Children’s TV in Salford and later moved to London, where she transitioned into factual and entertainment programming for major UK shows. Today, she is a top Series Director, leading a large production team. Kate is highly dependable and consistently delivers exceptional work. She plays a vital role in our development team too.
Kate comes from a family with a strong artistic background. She enjoys spending her weekends exploring her creativity through painting, drawing, and experimenting with different crafts. This has resulted in a collection of various materials at her home, much to her husband’s delight.

Lewis Spearing
Producer/Director
Lewis is known for his creative vision and ability to make films stand out. His commitment to capturing cinematic shots with meticulous attention to detail sets him apart. His strong producer skills and rapport with contributors make him a sought-after collaborator, and he has even had the opportunity to film Prince Harry and Camilla.
Lewis was born in Norwich, where his father played professional football. Despite his family’s love for the sport, Lewis can’t kick a ball. Although he is proud of his Norwich roots, London is where his heart truly lies. He loves the city’s diversity and the fact that every corner offers a unique experience. Lewis cherishes the opportunity to meet people from different parts of the world and showcase their voices through his exceptional work.

Humphrey is a highly respected Producer and Director known for his unparalleled creativity, attention to detail, and ability to help contributors showcase their best work. He has a natural talent for making everything he touches visually stunning.
Humphrey grew up in the scenic countryside of Tuluá, Colombia. While his parents built a future for their family in the UK, Humphrey was lovingly raised by his grandmother.
As a proud Colombian, Salsa music runs through his veins, but so does electronic dance music. Grooving with the dance community fills him with pure joy as they share a collective love for music, unified by the same beat.

Amy is a logistical expert who ensures our operations run smoothly, deadlines are met, and budgets are adhered to. Her work on major global BBC productions has given her a comprehensive understanding of the entire production process, making her an invaluable asset with a wealth of experience.
Amy is a native of Brixton with family ties in Cornwall. She finds joy in the bustling energy of city life and the tranquillity of the beach and ocean. London’s diverse and vibrant community makes her home city special to her, where she embraces connecting with people from all walks of life.
